Well here I am on day two of my "quit Smoking" regimen. Yesterday was very hard (day 1). The reading that accompanied the patch that I am using is very helpful. It showed me that there are certain "triggers" that makes me want to smoke. Things like... as soon as I wake up, as soon as I get in a car, once I have finished eating, etc... Well my sweet fiance decided that he wanted to test just about all my triggers on day one. He took me out for dinner. So, I had to get in the car, eat, asked if I wanted to drink, wanted to take me to play pool, and watch a movie. Needless to say we only went to dinner. I think I need to take baby steps. I took a walk last night once we got back to just relax and take my mind off the smoking. It says that it is supposed to help. I guess it kinda did. It also gives me some alone time with my fiance that we don't get that often due to having 6 kids around. I think I am off to a good start.
Today, has been a bit more difficult. I am tired a lot and just want to sleep. So I am preoccupying my mind with laundry and the computer. It is helping for the most part. Let's see what tomorrow will bring...

Bankruptcy! Chapter 7 or Chapter 13?
Bankruptcy!!!! What is the best way to go? Do you file for it or not? This is truly a hard decision to make. I worked very hard all my life. I did the best that I could. I finally got my credit score to an appropriate rating (compared to what it had always been). I could live with it. I was finally making it to where credit was extended to me almost anywhere. Then due to some unforeseen circumstances… I had to stop working. Now I am still not working and deeper into debit. What should I do? There is no way that I can repay any of the debits I’ve accumulated in a reasonable amount of time. My phone is constantly ringing with bill collectors. How does one rectify this situation? Then how do I decide if I need to File a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13? This is all so confusing! What should be done? I will do some research on this subject and get back with you.
